Jeffrey S. Tindal earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Western Washington University (1993) and his Juris Doctor from Seattle University (1999 cum laude). While attending college, Mr. Tindal excelled at track and field; while attending law school, he was a partner in a mortgage document business.
Mr. Tindal’s litigation practice focuses primarily on insurance disputes, construction disputes, property and real estate disputes, criminal matters and traffic infractions, and personal injury claims. Mr. Tindal has extensive experience in representing personal and business insurance policy holders regarding various claims and lawsuits brought against them. Mr. Tindal has also represented several insurance companies in a variety of matters and, as a result of that experience, is able to best assist homeowners and business owners in claim disputes with their insurance companies. Mr. Tindal also has substantial experience in matters of estate planning, probate, contract and real estate document drafting, as well as the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities. Mr. Tindal is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Washington and in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. He has represented clients in cases before private arbitrators, Washington State Superior Courts, Courts of Appeals, and the Washington Supreme Court, as well as appearing on clients’ behalf in mediation scenarios and before the Growth Management Hearings Board.
