       Mark B. Anderson , a native of Wilmington, Delaware, earned his B.S. in Operations Research from the United States Naval Academy (1977). Following graduation, Mr. Anderson became a career submarine officer in the United States Navy, qualifying and serving as a nuclear engineer on Los Angeles and Trident class submarines. Mr. Anderson subsequently earned his J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law (1995 cum laude).

       Mr. Anderson's practice primarily involves large, complex litigation matters, including real estate, business, estates, insurance and personal injury claims. He represents both individuals and corporate clients regarding transactions and disputes in the areas of purchase, sale and development of real property. Mr. Anderson represents plaintiffs as well as defendants in matters of serious personal injury, wrongful death, automobile collisions, government liability, and product liability. Mr. Anderson also assists clients with the preparation of their wills and other estate planning documents, and handles will contests and claims of estate mismanagement. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Washington and the State of Alaska, as well as before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington, and the U.S. District Court, District of Alaska.

       Mr. Anderson is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Alaska Bar Association, the King and Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Associations, and the Washington State Trial Lawyer’s Association. Mr. Anderson is actively involved in the community as a member of Tacoma Rotary #8 (Director and Committee Co-Chair), as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, and as a member of Breath of Aire, a faith-based choir that performs benefit concerts nationwide.
