Robert L. Michaels has earned a solid reputation in the community for ethical and professional legal services. Bob is a student of people and is driven by a passionate belief that the spirit of law is usually more important than the letter of the law. Usually, when the "Golden Rule" is followed in business practices the life of our erasers on our pencils is extended.
Married to Deborah since 1977; dedicated father to Kati, Holli, Jacki, Alexi and Ivy. Long-term resident of University Place, Washington committed to community development and family devotion. Graduated 1984 from Seattle Pacific University School of Law. Undergraduate studies with Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and legal studies from Pacific Lutheran University, 1981 with honors.
First admitted to and continuous member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Pierce County Bar Association since 1984. Longtime member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. Served on various Bar committees. Business Adjunct Professor at Pierce College. Advisory Board Member Pierce College Business Department. Past President of the Graham Business Association and the Business Exchange. Board Member University Place Chamber of Commerce. Published in several local publications. Numerous speaking engagements including the 1997 Washington Recreation and Parks Association.
